With family living out of town, we facilitated the move of our sweet client in to a Santa Barbara senior living residence.
Executors had been struggling for two years to close their mother's estate. Within a month we were able to sort and review items to be kept & distributed to the family, sold, auctioned and donated. Items included a vehicle, tools, household goods, furniture, WWII memorabilia, equestrian goods and clothing. We also coordinated the transportation of belongings to a beneficiary living interstate.
After the tragic, sudden death of her husband, we assisted the wife to remove personal items from their family home. Within a week we sold all furnishings and cleared the home ready for sale.
A realtor needed to list a property within a month. Her elderly client was not able to prepare the home for sale. We were able to review personal items with the client and pack what she was taking; sell remaining furnishings, clean-out the garage and stage the house for sale... which sold for above asking price!
A family needed their deceased uncle's home cleared. Our crew removed all personal belongings, coordinated hazmat removal and landscaping services- completed within two weeks. The home is now a neighborhood "jewel" ready for sale.
After living over 40 years in her house, Mary decided to move in to a retirement community. We assisted her with packing items to take with her, selling, donating and removing remaining items. We staged her house for sale, then moved Mary (and cats Bella and Butterfly) to their new home.
